Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team via email with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unopened product in its original shipping box, ensuring the bottle is secure and the safety seal remains intact.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery back to our studio.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
